本館自美國紐約大都會博物館（The Metropolitan Museum of Art）贈予的百多件石膏模製品中，精選12件作品修復保存後於館內開放空間永久陳設，成為亞洲唯一取得此批藏品的文化機構，並由此展開「One Piece Museum 百聞?不如一『件』北师美术馆館校合作計畫 」，以「館校協作」的精神支持師生自主策劃，讓「一件」文物即可在校園內實踐美術館/博物館的精神，校園中的美術館就是最好的學習場域。
