PA would have usually opened bookings for PACE by now, but we have been mindful of the effects of the pandemic on members and the industry as a whole. With these factors in mind, and a continuing assessment of the nation’s ability to contain the virus, we will look to promote PACE before the end of the year. This year there are three board members up for re-election. Council elections have been held in both Western Australia and Victoria. While the result of the elections has not been finalized in Victoria, counting has concluded in WA. This year PA made a concerted effort to raise the issue of parking with candidates running for the Lord Mayoral positions, in both Perth and Melbourne.
