International Conference on Ion Implantation Technology 2020 (IIT 2021) will be held in San Diego September 12-16, 2021. We request your patience, as we have not yet finalized all the details on this transition. The International Conference on Ion Implantation Technology 2021 (IIT 2021) is the 23rd Conference in the biannual series focused on discussion of major challenges in current and emerging technologies related to implant/doping and annealing processes, device applications, equipment, metrology and modeling. The Conference offers an excellent opportunity for engineers and researchers in industry, research institutes and universities to present new results and to discuss ideas of new applications of ion implantation and annealing. The 23rd International Conference on Ion Implantation Technology will focus on the discussion of major challenges in current and emerging technologies related to implant/doping and annealing processes, device applications, equipment, metrology and modeling. Introduction
After thoughtful deliberations, the IIT Organizing and International committees have made the difficult, but necessary, decision to reschedule the 23rd International Conference on Ion Implantation Technology (IIT) scheduled for September 20-24, 2020 in San Diego, California. We believe this is the responsible thing to do in light of the challenges introduced by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our attendees, staff, and community are our top priority, making it inadvisable for our community to gather at this time. 91视频官网ever, we realize what the Conference means to attendees, exhibitors, presenters, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, staff, and our scientific community so we have rescheduled for September 25-29, 2022, in San Diego, California.
Abstracts have been provisionally accepted and will be reviewed again when the submission period reopens in early 2022. If you would like to withdraw please contact MRS, otherwise you will be given an opportunity to edit your abstracts prior to program development.
