Texel International Airport organizes the largest fly-in in the Netherlands with the participation of hundreds of aircraft from all over Europe. Anyone with an 'aircraft' is welcome!
The special location of the airport on the beautiful Wadden Island of Texel makes a flight to Texel unique for every pilot. Participants from various European countries (especially Belgium, England, Germany and France) come to Texel especially for this event. This also gives the Texel Fly-in an international character. The event is also attended by interested parties who are not directly involved in the flying business.
For the pilots and the crew there is an airfair, an aviation fair, where sponsors, among others, show and offer their goods.
