INTERCOH covers all research that is related to cohesive sediments. This ranges from small-scale flocculation to estuarine-scale transport processes; from harbor siltation to mangrove restoration; from consolidated mud to light attenuation over coral reefs; from near-bed low-Reynolds number simulations to basin scale morphodynamics; from lab experiments to field campaigns; from geological to turbulence timescales; and from tidal flats to the continental shelf.
