Civil Protect is the innovative professional information and presentation platform for all those working in the fields of prevention, contrast and resolution of crisis cases.
The Autonomous Province of Bolzano has demonstrated for years a relevant competence in this sector: For the 520,000 inhabitants and guests of the 116 South Tyrolean municipalities, 306 volunteer fire brigades, 56 mountain, national and international rescue bases are available in case of need. 'Alpenverein and 37 sections of the provincial relief association Croce Bianca and the Italian Red Cross. The permanent body of the Fire Brigade also serves in the capital of Bolzano. Within the intervention organizations there are about 18,000 volunteers and professionals.
